Integrating Polystyle Into EditPlus 2.11
Add Polystyle to the Windows PATH environment variable
- Click Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Environment Variables
- Scroll to the Path variable and click Edit
- Assuming you installed Polystyle in C:\Program Files\Polystyle add:
...to the start of the Path variable's value.
- Test that you can run Polystyle on the command line. Click the Start button,
click Run. Enter command in the dropdown and click OK.
At the prompt, type:
Define Polystyle as an external user tool
- Click Tools -> Configure User Tools...
- Assuming you installed Polystyle in c:\Program Files\Polystyle, fill in the form
as show below:

Add a keybinding so you can invoke Polystyle using CTRL + T
- Click the Keyboard tree item.
- In the Types box, select Tools.
- In the Commands box, select ToolUser1.
- Click "Press new shortcut:"
- Press CTRL + T
- Click "Assign"

You may now invoke Polystyle two ways
- Using CTRL + T
- By selecting Tools -> Format With Polystyle
